What's Covered?
The UNLACED Craftsmanship Guarantee covers manufacturing and craftsmanship defects for the lifetime of the product under intended use.
This includes:
✓ Structural or core failure
✓ Reinforced stitching failure under normal use
✓ Chrome hardware defects or failure
✓ Leather separation or craftsmanship faults
✓ Manufacturing defects affecting function or integrity
If a genuine craftsmanship fault occurs, we will replace your product free of charge.
What's Not Covered?
Like all genuine materials, leather develops character over time — and we believe that is part of the story.
The Legacy Guarantee does not cover:
✕ Natural ageing, patina, or softening of leather
✕ Surface wear, scratches, cosmetic marks, or general use
✕ Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage
✕ Damage resulting from moisture, mould, excessive heat, or poor care
✕ Intentional damage or use outside intended purpose
UNLACED products are designed for intended use and proper care, and genuine leather will naturally evolve with ownership.
How To Make A Claim

Step 2 — Assessment
Our team will review your claim and confirm whether the issue falls under The UNLACED Craftsmanship Guarantee.
Step 3 — Return Your Product
If approved, we will ask you to return the item for inspection.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Step 4 — Replacement
Once received and approved, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
